What Happens in Coaching?

Coaching is usually done on a month-by-month basis. We will develop action steps based on your goals, and incorporate specific strategies that may include aspects of Positive Psychology and other strength-based strategies to help you reach your objectives.

Sessions may be held in person, by phone or video-conferencing.  Coaching may include a combination of traditional, 50-minute sessions with short sessions spaced between as check-ins on progress, hurdles and for accountability.

You're right...

There's a lot of overlap.  We also work on skills, strengths and building a positive future in counseling.  


However, in coaching, there is no work on resolving past issues.
